From File to Physical —
FDM Precision Printing

We operate FDM (Fused Deposition Modelling) 3D printing for prototyping, custom parts, jigs, and production runs. Upload your STL or describe your need — we handle the rest.

Built for Prototypes
and Production Alike

Whether you need a one-off proof-of-concept or a run of identical parts, our FDM setup handles both ends of the spectrum — with the accuracy and material choice to match.

Three Core Filaments

PLA Standard grade — multiple colours. Best for most prototypes and display pieces.
PETG Food-safe grade, chemical resistance, higher temperature tolerance. Ideal for functional parts.
TPU 95A Flexible elastomer filament for gaskets, grips, soft-touch parts, and wearables.

Note: We currently offer FDM only — no resin/SLA. If your part requires SLA precision, let us know and we can advise on next steps.

Simple Four-Step Process

01 — File
Share Your STL

Send us your STL file, or describe the part you need. We can assist with basic geometry if you don't have a CAD file yet.

02 — Quote
Material & Time

We quote on material choice, infill percentage, and estimated print time. Clear pricing, no hidden costs.

03 — Print
We Fabricate

On approval, we run your print with the agreed parameters. Quality-checked before it leaves our studio.

04 — Collect
Nairobi Ready

Collect from our Nairobi studio or arrange delivery within the city.

3D Printing + Laser in One Order

Many of our best projects combine both capabilities — 3D-printed structural components with laser-cut panels, acrylic faces, or engraved branding. Tell us what you're building and we'll scope the right combination.

3D Printing — Common Questions

Do I need a 3D file, or can you design the part?

An STL, STEP, or OBJ file is ideal — but if you don't have one, describe the part or send photos and measurements. We can assist with basic geometry and advise where full CAD design is needed.

How long does a print take?

It depends on size, infill, and quantity — a small bracket prints in hours, a large enclosure can take a day or more. Send your file and we'll give you a same-day quote with a clear timeline. Rush service is available for urgent parts.

Which material should I choose?

PLA for most prototypes and display pieces. PETG for functional parts that need chemical resistance or higher temperature tolerance. TPU 95A when the part needs to flex — gaskets, grips, and soft-touch surfaces. Not sure? Tell us what the part does and we'll recommend.

Do you print in resin (SLA)?

Not currently — we run FDM only. If your part genuinely needs SLA-level detail, tell us and we'll advise on the best route.

Can you combine 3D printing with laser work?

Yes, and it's where we do our best work — printed structural parts with laser-cut acrylic faces or engraved branding, all in one order from one studio.
